Reducing the weight of the shifting system by over 0.66 lbs has improved shift speeds and the overall feel of shifting the MazdaSpeed3. Discontinued by the other guys but in high demand, so we've brought it back!

2010-09-29 William .... Amazingly....replacing the factory shift linkage weight with this smaller weight makes a remarkable amount of difference. The otherwise numb factory shifter seems to have a more lively positive feel.....can't wait to install the rest of the shift improvement package.
2010-08-19 Sonny .... Just put it on last night. If you have CAI then this install is as easy and takes as long as putting on a new shifter knob. It does feel better.
2010-03-26 Hector .... After hacking up my stock shifter weight I am much happier with this. Lighter feel for quicker, more positive shifts. It also looks good if you have an intake. ;-)
2010-02-08 Matthew .... This was the last upgrade I made to my shift linkage after my TWM short throw, solid shifter base bushings, and changed shift knob. I love the way it all feels together. It's solid now and it feels like I'm changing gears instead of moving the stick in a bucket of mush. Just the weight alone made a big difference and now it seems to click into gear with great positive feedback. Install is easy unless you have the stock air box in the way. You may need to move that in your case. Thanks to Ken for the quick shipping and great product once again!
