Shipments and returns

Shipping in the United States

All items have free shipping, unless otherwise noted so by management, within the United States and its respective territories.  We reserve the right, dependent on the individual item, to charge for shipping outside of the lower 48 states, including to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.  All items are shipped by Ground shipping or through the US Postal Service.  Certain items may be dropshipped from our suppliers direct to the consumer.  If you have any questions or special requests for shipping, please contact us.

Shipping outside of the United States

Additional shipping charges will apply to all shipments leaving the United States.  These charges are assessed at checkout and, in certain circumstances, after completion of the transaction if needed.  All shipping firms and customs agencies whom clear inbound and outbound international shipments can and do add customs and duties taxes to the shipment which are to be paid by the recipient.  Protege Garage bears zero responsibility, liability or jurisdiction over matters of customs, duties, taxes or amounts incurred.  Any shipment refused on the basis of customs charges unpaid and returned will be treated as an unauthorized return subject to a discretionary restocking fee prior to refund.  

Returns

Unless otherwise noted, all items have a minimum 25% restocking fee regardless of reason for return.  The customer is responsible for all return freight charges.  Items are eligible for return for no more than 15 days after the time of receipt.  No Mazda or Mazdaspeed parts are eligible for return without the approval of management.  No used parts may be returned unless clear defect can be presented.  No parts which have been installed and rendered non-resellable will be accepted for any reason of any kind.
