Shipping and Returns

Shipping

All items have free shipping, unless otherwise noted so by management, within the United States and its respective territories.  We reserve the right, dependent on the individual item, to charge for shipping outside of the lower 48 states, including to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.  All items are shipped by Ground shipping or through the US Postal Service.  Certain items may be dropshipped from our suppliers direct to the consumer.  If you have any questions or special requests for shipping, please contact us.

Returns

Unless otherwise noted, all items have a 25% restocking fee regardless of reason for return.  The customer is responsible for all return freight charges.  Items are eligible for return for no more than 15 days after the time of receipt.  No Mazda or Mazdaspeed parts are eligible for return without the approval of management.  No used parts may be returned unless clear defect can be presented.

Warranty

All warranty claims are to be directed to the product manufacturer.  Protege Garage will direct all warranty claims to the respective customer service departments of said manufacturers.  We bear no responsibility for damage incurred to vehicles, persons or property through the installation of aftermarket modifications.
